One of my favorite moments during my recent trip to the Amalfi coast was in the charming hillside town of Ravello. I spent a lazy day enjoying the Hotel Caruso getting lost on the property, admiring the stunning views, and having a really perfect summery poolside. But the one thing that has stuck with me was this twist on a White Wine Spritzer concocted by the hotel's head barman, Danilo. Also known as a white Spritz because, well, it's white, here a classic elderflower Spritz gets a handful of botanicals added for a super simple summer cocktail you could sip straight until Fall!
