Nicole Rovine

Nicole Rovine is a sophomore studying at the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration focusing on tracks in Entrepreneurship, Food & Beverage Operations, and Services Marketing Management and minoring in Performing and Media Arts. She dreams of telling stories upon graduation- through hotels and restaurants, journalism, acting, screenwriting, or some combination of them all! As a Salt & Wind intern, Nicole writes stories about food, travel, and wellness. She also helps run social media and curate our soon-to-launch shop!
