This Pomegranate and Guava Margarita is my ode to Austin. Like the Texas city, it’s a little bit odd, a little unexpected, a bit creative, and thoroughly enjoyable. So, cheers to the weekend and breaking all the social norms in the name of new adventures!
Why Make This Recipe
Look, we all love us a great Cadillac Margarita Recipe. But, it’s also fun to mix it up a bit too. This recipe has a mix of guava juice, pomegranate juice, and ginger liqueur and the result is like a grown up take on Hawaiian Punch. We make it one at a time here but you could easily make a pitcher of this for a group. It’s a perfect option for a fall get together with comforting Mexican classics like tamales or pozole.
