Nora Poulard

Nora Poulard is the founder of Odyssée, an initiative that translates her extensive international background into bespoke culinary journeys. Her academic foundation includes studies in Wine and Spirits at Charles Péguy, a Bachelor of Applied Sciences from Aeres University of Applied Sciences, and a professional license in Wine Marketing and Communication from Groupe ESA. Having lived all over France and worked within the wine industries of France, Spain, Mexico, and the Paso Robles wine country in California, she brings a global perspective to her craft. Now based in Hyères, Nora leverages her deep expertise to curate unique wine experiences to connect visitors with the authentic wine and artisanal producers across the south of France.
