One of my favorite moments during my recent trip to the Amalfi coast was in the charming hillside town of Ravello. I spent a lazy day enjoying the Hotel Caruso getting lost on the property, admiring the stunning views, and having a really perfect summery poolside. But the one thing that has stuck with me was this twist on a Spritz concocted by the hotel's head barman, Danilo. He took the classic elderflower Spritz and added a handful of botanicals from the garden for a super simple summer drink I plan on sipping straight until Fall!
Fill a wine glass with ice. Add Prosecco first, then St-Germain, then soda and garnish with the rosemary, mint, orange, and lemon. Serve.
