One of my favorite moments during my recent trip to the Amalfi coast was in the charming hillside town of Ravello. I spent a lazy day enjoying the Hotel Caruso getting lost on the property, admiring the stunning views, and having a really perfect summery poolside. But the one thing that has stuck with me was this twist on a Spritz concocted by the hotel's head barman, Danilo. Also known as a white Spritz because, well, it's white, here a classic elderflower Spritz gets a handful of botanicals added for a super simple summer cocktail you could sip straight until Fall!

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces chilled Prosecco
  • splash St. Germain liqueur
  • splash Chilled club soda or seltzer water
  • 1 slice orange
  • Sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves
  • lemon

    peel

  • ice cubes

Instructions

Fill a wine glass with ice. Add Prosecco first, then St-Germain, then soda and garnish with the rosemary, mint, orange, and lemon. Serve.
