Ingredients
  

  • 2 heirloom tomatoes sliced
  • 2 handfuls datterini sweet 100s tomatoes or cherry tomatoes halved
  • 8 ounces bocconcini mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Assorted olives for garnish
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Maldon sea salt or other flaky sea salt, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • To Make The Caprese Salad: Arrange tomatoes, mozzarella, olives, and basil on a serving dish. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and serve.
