The easiest make-ahead cookie style is by far slice-and-bake icebox cookies. But the classic recipe can be basic. This version of the classic icebox cookie recipe adds in toasted coconut and orange zest for a welcome twist.
Normally I keep things under control around here and normally we have elegant but not necessarily decadent desserts.
