Ingredients
  

  • 2 to 3 scoops Ice cream
  • 1 espresso or strong coffee
  • Cacao nibs, dark chocolate shavings, or chopped nuts, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Place 2 small scoops of ice cream (coffee, chocolate, or vanilla work great but we're partial to using Toasted Coconut Almond Chip) in a small cup. Top with a shot of espresso, garnish with optional cacao nibs, chocolate, or nuts, and serve.
