How can a Gin and Tonic be Spanish you ask? Well, there are a few tweaks to this classic cocktail that the Spaniards do that make it our favorite version of this drink. Who wouldn't want to sip on this Spanish Gin and Tonic Cocktail recipe while eating some tapas?
Take a balloon glass or a tall Tom Collins glass and add the gin. Add enough ice cubes to fill the glass, then fill with tonic water. Garnish with a slice of citrus and a sprig of rosemary and serve.
