1/2cupdried fruit(we like goji berries, chopped dried apples, or chopped dried mango)

1/2to 1 tablespoonground cinnamon

1/4cupextra virgin coconut oilmelted
1/3cupPure maple syrup
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
Instructions
Heat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.Combine the oats, almond, coconut flakes, pecans, dried fruit, coconut sugar, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla. Pour the coconut oil mixture onto the oats and mix well. (Don't be afraid to mix with your hands!) Spread out evenly on the baking sheet and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes. Halfway through, turn the pan around but do not toss. Let cool completely before breaking the granola into large clusters.
