Over and over again we tip our hats to the Italians for all their delicious espresso creations. And though we love a good latte and swoon for an icy cold shakerato, one we're partial toward is the classic coffee and ice cream float known as an affogato!
dark chocolate shavings, or chopped nuts, for garnish (optional)
Place 2 small scoops of ice cream (coffee, chocolate, or vanilla work great but we're partial to using Toasted Coconut Almond Chip) in a small cup. Top with a shot of espresso, garnish with optional cacao nibs, chocolate, or nuts, and serve.
