Off Menu: Chicago Episode

This week on #OffMenu we head to Chicago in search of all that's happening now in the Windy City. Local food expert, Andrew Kaplan, showed us around his favorite neighborhoods — from Logan Circle to Bucktown and Pilsen — and helped us uncover some seriously drool-worthy food. 

We started with a tasting of culinary beer at Moody Tongue Brewery in the up-and-coming Pilsen neighborhood, then had some classic comfort food at The Bristol in Bucktown, and finished it off by heading to a ramen battle at Yusho in Logan Square. 

Speaking of Yusho, one of my favorite sips from the episode was a spiked yuzu lemonade so I did my best to recreate it with this Yuzu Lemongrass Lemonade Cocktail
