We've rounded up 5 of our favorite food-travel ladies including Jessie and Tara of How You Glow, Gaby of What's Gaby Cooking, Jade of Vagabond 3, and Heather Christo. Between them they've got the globe covered from slurping ramen in Japan to Alaskan fjord adventures and everything in between.
Click on for a look at what they're looking ahead to then tell us, where do you hope to travel this year?!?

Explore Japan:
There are so many places I’d like to go but I would have to say Japan is at the top of the list.

Japanese Feast:
I absolutely love Japanese food so there’s nothing I’m not excited to eat – sushi, noodles, ramen, soba, tempura, you name it. I love the simplicity of the food and the attention to detail; apparently they're are restaurants that specialize in one specific thing and do it to perfection. Most of all, I would really like to have authentic mochi and coconut jelly!

Visit Australia:
I’ve never been to Australia and absolutely dying to go!! The food looks so incredibly fresh, the sights jaw-droppingly beautiful, and word is that the people are amazing.

Flat Whites in Oz:
We have a few followers from Australia and everything they post looks so vibrant, healthy, and delicious! One spot that looks particularly #glowy is Devon Cafe in Surry Hills, Sydney. Everyone is raving about the “flat white” coffees, so I’d definitely order one of those, along with their breakfast plate of miso broiled salmon, smoked eel croquettes, a 63°C poached egg, and a radish pepita salad. Then I’d round it off with their salted caramel soft serve swirl topped with freshly fried chips (aka french fries!!).

Midsummer in Sweden:
I'm dying to go to the Midsummer celebration in Sweden and road trip around the entire country from Stockholm to Gothenburg and hit everything in between. Who wouldn't want to go to a party that involves flower crowns, celebrating the start of summer, and eating everything Sweden has to offer.

Wild Strawberries:
It's hard to narrow down what I'd want to eat but while I'm there I'll be on the hunt for the perfect potato dill salad, cured salmon, and, of course, I plan on eating my weight in Swedish strawberries!!

Road Trip Alaska:
Alright, this is a big year. Bob and I are looking at having a baby soon, so this might be the last major travel year for awhile so we're gonna try and check off some of our more adventurous bucket list destinations - which leads us to one of our top road trips. One of the most underrated road trips in the States is a week long drive around Alaska, specifically for us - through Kenai Fjords National Park with a stop at Chugash State Park....which is, FYI, one of the 'most remote spots to watch a sunset.' I also want to stay at the Kenai Fjords Glacier Lodge because it's the only lodge in the park that offers glacial views from your patio.

Alaskan Salmon:
Sounds cliche, but I have to try to fresh salmon when I'm there. I've had the dried smoked stuff before and wasn't in love. Also, since I might be taking a break from drinking for awhile, I want to get in some last minute tastes of booze and one of the things I'm dying to try is Alaskan distilled spirits, which are made with glacial water - this is probably the closest I'll ever come to a drink made with thousand year old water.

Return to Greece:
My husband's family is Greece and we make it a point to try and get back every year; Athens and Mykonos are our regular haunts.

Greek Fish Feast:
I love to eat everything! But I dream about the grilled white fish with olive oil and sea salt (like literally they harvest the salt from the rocks near the sea) and the real deal Greek Salad.
